Mark F. Anderson Has Successfully Represented Consumers in California Lemon Law Cases for over 25 Years

Mark F. Anderson was one of the first attorneys in California to regularly represent consumers in lemon law cases. By now, he has represented consumers in over 3,500 lemon law cases. Mark has represented consumers in cases against virtually every automobile manufacturer and RV manufacturer.

All but a few of Mark's cases are settled short of trial. Depending on the manufacturer, some cases are settled without the need for even filing a lawsuit.
